 This
Lenten season, CUMC is offering the
ChristCare opportunity for everyone. New groups will convene
just for the six weeks of Lent and study a book entitled Catch a New
Life, which should appeal to everyone. Existing ChristCare
groups are welcoming guests for this study.
Vic has asked
that all prayerfully consider this opportunity. Your
commitment will include meeting with your group once a week for 1½
hours and daily reading.

Covenant Groups
Lent 2010
In addition to our existing groups, new
ChristCare Covenant Groups will be forming this Lenten season.
These small groups of 8 to 12 persons will begin the week of Ash
Wednesday and continue through the 40 days of Lent until Easter
Sunday. Each group will focus on a study by Debi Nixon called
Catch a New Life. Participating in a group will provide you an
opportunity to experience the love of God in a profound way through
a community of faith and empower you to share the love of Christ
with others. This experience will equip you to serve others as
a member of the body of Christ. New groups forming are listed below.
