We are very proud of the musical program at Christ Church. We offer a variety of ways for our kids to get involved. Each of the following choirs perform at various worship services throughout the year. All of the choirs come together to participate in the annual Christmas Program put on by the Children’s Ministry.
Vocal Choirs
Children in the vocal choirs also get some exposure to various musical instruments. Practices and performances are led by our church’s Musical Director, Trevor Shaw.
Cherub Choir
Open to children age 3 through Kindergarten.
Practice is on Sundays from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the Children’s Choir Room.
Good News Choir
Open to children in 1st through 5th grade
Practice is on Sundays from 5:00 pm to 5:40 pm in the Children’s Choir Room.
Bell Choir
The Cheerful Chimers choir is open to children in 5th and 6th grade. Practices and performances are led by our church’s Handbell Director, Ruth Root. Participation is on a space-available basis.
Practice is on Sundays from 4:15 pm to 5:00 pm in the Handbell Room.
