  • Reboot your computer and try it again
  • Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader
    • Go to the Adobe Reader installation web page
    • Uncheck "Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition"
    • Click Continue
    • Uncheck "Free Google Toolbar"
    • Follow the installation directions

When the installation is finished, try opening the eTidings again
